Cancellation

You may cancel a service request before the technician visit by calling +91 9352045174. If the technician has already reached the location, visit or inspection charges may apply.

Refund

If any advance payment is collected for a confirmed service and the service cannot be provided from our side, eligible refund will be processed after verification. Refund timelines may depend on the payment method.

Parts and Completed Work

Charges for completed inspection, repair labour, installed parts or cleaning work are generally non-refundable unless a specific written service support condition is provided at the time of service.
